As a Digital Account Executive serving the Ducth Market, you will facilitate Microsoft to better serve our SME&C managed clients to realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • ● on sales and collaboration skills, and deepen your cloud expertise. This role is flexible, allowing you to work up to 50% or up to 100% from home.
  • ● As a Digital Account Executive, you lead our most valued customers into the digital age. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Account Executive manages, orchestrates and leads their virtual teams and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.
  • ● You determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments.
  • ● You collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft to achieve revenue targets.
  • ● You identify and qualify opportunities and pursue through lifecycle and drive adoption through to cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities.
  • ● You stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using knowledge to engage with customers and with internal teams.
  • ● You develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise.
  • ● You develop relationships across an extended team and embraces partners to scale business; ensures sales consumption and adoption goals on target.

Requirements

  • ● Fluency at a professional level in Dutch and English is essential.
  • ● Sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth
  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work experience
  • ● Digital Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is 62,200.00 - 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
